Traditional end of the meal, extracted from the infusion of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGT, variety "tardivo", the Amaro Negroni combines all the best properties of this particular type of chicory, whose characteristic tonic / bitter makes appetite stimulation, activating the digestion and highly purifying.

Grappa trevisana

The grappa with red radicchio di Treviso, variety "tardivo" (product IGT) is obtained by the infusion of the homonymous chicory in a liqueur of Grappa di Prosecco. The result is a distillate with great digestive properties and with particular connotation taste.
